Q: What kind of cases do you take?
A: We only take cases where someone has been killed or seriously injured in an accident that was someone else’s fault.
Q: Am I going to be charged each time we meet?
A: No, we only charge once we have a settlement offer or court decision. If we do not get you a settlement, you do not pay any attorney’s fees.
Q: Do you also help with the property damage?
A: Yes, but only if we are hired right away.
Q: What happens if my case does not settle?
A: If the insurance company does not make an offer that you accept, your only option is to file a lawsuit.
Q: Who will pay my bills?
A: On cases we handle, the at fault party’s insurance company will pay your bills once we settle the case or win in court.
Q: Do you win most of your cases?
A: Yes.
Q: What happens to the case if something happens to me?
A: If you should die or become incapacitated, your spouse or a close relative will need to be appointed as your personal representative and your case will proceed for the benefit of your immediate family.
Q: What happen’s if I settle my claim too soon?
A: Once you settle your case it is final and you cannot ask for more. That is why we are very careful in our advice on when to settle. When to settle depends on each case.
Q: When should I go to the doctor?
A: As soon as you feel physical pain, restriction or discomfort.
