My mom migrated from Mexico to Texas, finally settling in Washington, where I grew up and graduated from Toppenish High School. I furthered my studies at Yakima Valley Community College. “I’ve been with Morales Law Office since 2007. I consider them my second family. I enjoy coming to work and knowing that I will make a difference in someone’s life. What I love about my job is being able to meet people of diverse populations, always doing my best to make every single one of them feel they are number one. They are not just any clients to me; it is more as if I have known them for many years and have built a great relationship along the way, while letting them know I am here for them”. Many of our clients come in here not knowing what to do; I strive to make them feel that their needs will be met, as I walk them through every step of the way. Meanwhile, I make them feel comfortable, and they develop a sense of trust knowing we are doing our best in all we do. My duties include assisting our attorney in investigating the claim, litigation preparation, requesting and reviewing medical records, handling incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls, filing, and opening and closing of files.”
